By accessing our Website or using This Product, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. This agreement becomes legally binding when you complete a purchase or before use, when gifted or sold to you by a third party.  Please read carefully so that you  understand the risks, directions of use, and liabilities within this Disclaimer Agreement.  If you do not agree with any part of this disclaimer agreement, please do not purchase or use.  If you choose to use this product with disregard for any statement, product use suggestions/directions, safety warning, and/or health risks within this agreement, you have taken the risks upon yourself and have legally relinquished The Company of any malice, liability or liability claims.  You may not publicly post negative or derogatory statements if you choose to ignore or disregard any statement, product use suggestions/directions, safety warnings, and/or health risks within this agreement.  Statement Titles within this agreement are for organizing purposes and are not meant to mislead or to be enforced.  "Other People"  If you gift to other people, as acquaintances, friend(s) or family, you may do so, but please be responsible and inform "Other People" to read this disclaimer before use, so that they understand the risks, directions of use, and liabilities.  "Other People" are permitted to ask Us any questions about our product, use of, risks, or safety.  Email:  fase.naturalskincare@gmail.com 

 

FASE Youth Renewal Oil has not yet been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product does not claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Your Safety & Health is important to us.  Youth Renewal Oil is generally regarded as Safe for most, and is 100% Certified Organic, however, some people may have an allergic reaction or may be sensitive; please spot test before use. Please read Spot Test Directions #2 below.

1.  RISK WARNINGS

DO NOT USE if you have any serious or ongoing medical condition(s) or illness, or if you are pregnant or nursing, or have any mental health issue(s), or if you are taking medication(s) and/or have a drug dependency and/or addiction.  Do not use on children; keep out of reach of children & pets. Do not use on insect bites, poison ivy, rashes, or open wounds.  This product is designed specifically to use on the skin, and It should not be used on the hair, as it would not be beneficial to do so. Patrons and Users use this product at their own risk and discretion. If you feel for any reason that your product is defective, do not use, and call customer service within 48 Hours. (702) 524-0561.

2.  SPOT TEST DIRECTIONS- Allergic Reactions

As when using any skin product, you should test spot before using, just in case you may have an allergic reaction.  Before use, you agree to perform a spot test on a small area, no more than 1/2" square, on the wrist or inner elbow, one time and observe for 24 hours. Stop and/or Discontinue use if any adverse reaction happens during the 24 hours.  Discontinue and/or Stop use if you experience irritation, redness, itching, swelling, rash, hives, or show any other signs of an allergic reaction either during or after your spot test or during regular use.  For those who do experience an adverse or an allergic reaction, please seek immediate medical attention, or dial 911, if necessary.  The Company FASE Natural Skin Care is not responsible, and/or/is not liable for any past, present, or future medical expenses you or any users may incur from an allergic or adverse reaction.  We would like you contact us within 48 hrs. if you do experience an allergic reaction.

3.  HEALTH & SAFETY WARNINGS

Stop use if redness or irritation occurs. External Use Only. 

Do not Ingest. Avoid direct eye contact. Keep out of the eyes (some are unaffected; some may experience slight irritation, and/or temporary blurry vision) In the event that it does, flush your eyes with lukewarm water, or use small amount of lowfat milk and then flush eyes out with water. Do not use on genitalia, inside ears, or inside nasal passages. 

Open Packaging/Handle with Care. If the product's glass container arrives broken, do not touch, call Customer Service within 24 hrs. (702) 524-0561.

We are not responsible and/or liable for broken glass and/or cuts, or lacerations from broken glass, or from opening boxed packaging.

4.  PRODUCT USE WARNINGS

Do not use this product after it's Expiration Date (located on the packaging box).  This product is formulated and intended for use on the skin and not recommended for hair or any other applications of use.  Do not tamper with, mix with other ingredients or oils, modify, or add any substance to YRO's existing formulation. Do not freeze or heat this product as it may jeopardize the integrity and it is unknown of those effects.  Discard empty bottle after use; do not re-use or refill empty bottle. Heat Rash Warning: Do not use with heat lamps, tanning beds, LED Light and/or infrared light therapy.  Avoid extreme sunlight exposure.  If you have any questions or concerns in regards to the use of the product or it's warnings, please contact us at fase.naturalskincare@gmail.com We are here to address your concerns or questions.

PERSONAL PROPERTY LIABILITY STATEMENT

Make sure cap is tight when not in use. The Company is not responsible and/or liable for any property damage during general use, bottle spillage, pouring, or dripping to include clothing, towels, footwear, personal belongings, electronics, furniture, carpets, counters, sinks/drains, or any other personally owned or rented property.

5.  PROHIBITED FROM USE STATEMENT

Women who are Pregnant or nursing, Children, or People who have been diagnosed with, or have experienced any Mental Health Disorder such as paranoia, hypochondria, alzheimers, dementia, schizophrenia, autism and/or any Medical Conditions (including illness) such as anemia, diabetes, but not limited to any medical condition, OR have chronic severe skin conditions are Prohibited to purchase or use this product. People with adverse or allergic spot test reaction(s) & people who are allergic to passion fruit are Prohibited to Use our product.

6.  RESULTS 

Use as directed. Individual results may vary. Lack of sleep, excessive alcohol use, and poor diet is not recommended, and is counterproductive for the intended use of this product and will potentially hinder its anti-aging affects and intended results. This product does Not contain SPF or Sunscreen.

7.  DIRECTIONS OF USE

Directions For Face: Gently wash your face and pat dry.  Apply 1-2 drops at a time to each face quadrant (forehead, cheeks, chin, and neck), OR rub between your fingertips to apply.  Plant and press for maximum absorption.  Leave on overnight and rinse with water in the morning.  You may then reapply.  Wait 5 minutes before applying makeup. 

Directions for Hands and Body: Cracked or Dry Hands apply 3-4 drops  to hands and wrist, evenly disperse. For Body (scars, knees, elbows, heels, stomach/stretch marks, shins, age spots/arms) Apply 1-5 drops, (depending on area) and evenly disperse and press into skin.  Best results when used every morning and overnight.  This product may be used up to 4 times daily.We guarantee our product to be Fresh. 

Do not rinse directly after application. Do not rub harshly or vigorously (skin does not like to be rubbed or scrubbed.) Please see our Skin Tips. (coming soon). We guarantee our product to be Fresh.

8.  AGREEMENT SUMMARY STATEMENT

Pre-launch samplers & clinical trial volunteers were instructed to spot test and discontinue use if they experienced any adverse reaction or sensitivity.  Upon the purchase and/or the use of, or clinical study and/or receipt of a casual sample, this Disclaimer Agreement is considered a mutual understanding and/or binding contract between the Company and the user/patron. Upon receiving a casual sample and/or completing a purchase executes this agreement between the user and the Company.  "I have Read the Disclaimer" is displayed to you during the checkout process and means that you have read, and have understood its' contents, and that you hereby agree to abide by its' statements.  In addition, it also means that you agree to adhere to our safety & health warnings and disclosures and that you do not have any mental or serious medical conditions, and that you will use this product responsibly as directed. Disregard for any of the aforementioned health risks, responsibilities, warnings, use warnings/risks, liabilities, product use, directions, or using when prohibited to use, and/or disregard for any actions stated in this agreement relinquishes any damages, or liability to The Company including, but not limited to, any personal injury, medical and/or medical related expenses, personal property damages, or third party damages. You agree to indemnify and hold Michelle Hite DBA Fase Natural Skin Care LLC  harmless from any demands, loss, liability, claims or expenses (including attorneys’ fees), made against them by any third party due to, or arising out of, or in connection with your use of the website or any service or product(s) offered on this website.
